riMac Members and Friends - This is simply an early message to alert 
you to an outstanding presentation to be made at our Fall kick-off 
meeting, September 27th. APPLE IS COMING TO TALK ABOUT THE iBOOK AND 
THE NEW G4 MACHINES.

Here is a copy of the acknowledgment that Gordon Lee sent to Jay 
McSweeney of Apple in Boston about the upcoming presentation. "On 
behalf of the RI Mac board of directors, I'm pleased to hear that you 
will give a presentation of the IBook and G4 machines at our Sept. 
27th meeting."

Owen will still send out his usual "piece de resistance" message that 
we all look forward to as we get closer to the actual meeting date. 
Circle it on your calendar now for a real treat of a meeting.
