Rick Lunetta of Luna Systems Corporation and John Giuliano of Stowne Crowne Associates will be hosting this popular event at the Microsoft Building in Waltham. It's "All Access^ÅAll Day"! Rick will be teaching the introductory session from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and John will follow-up in the afternoon. The user group meeting this month will feature two speakers: Jill Miller will be showing how to use Access libraries and Ron Walters of Luna Systems Corporation will be demonstrating how he's used Active Server Pages in conjunction with MS Access to create dynamic, interactive content on the web. As always, Access Day and the User Group meeting are brought to you free-of-charge and you do not need to pre-register. This presentation includes an overview of Access (tables, queries, and forms), what's new in the 97 version, and exposure to Access as a development tool. Get the answers to your most frequently asked questions such as: Why do I need Access? What's the advantage of Access over other databases?, and most importantly^Å.How do I get started? Also included is a discussion of how to solve common e-commerce problems such as product catalogs, shopping carts, and subscriber lists.
