The Greater Boston Microsoft Office User Group will not meet on its regular
third Thursday of the month date. Instead we are participation with the
Boston Windows User Group in a joint meeting on Monday, March 22, 1999.

Join us for a preview of the new Office 2000 by Microsoft
Corporation! Office 2000 is an exciting new office suite that
will offer Web-enabled collaboration, rich data analysis tools,
and significant improvements in ease-of-use and manageability.
Together these improvements promise to streamline the way that
you work with people and information so that you can get better
results.  In addition, we will hear about the latest software
that is part of the Office 2000 family!
 
This presentation will be given by Jennifer Pope, Channel
Marketing Representative for Microsoft Corporation. Jennifer has
been with Microsoft for nine years.
 
We have enough Office 2000 Consumer Preview Program Kits on hand
so that we expect all attendees to receive one. These are
the Beta2 version, with a nominal retail price of ~$20. The
applications are time-limited, they will stop functioning on
8/1/99 (except PhotoDraw 2000 on 3/31/99.)
 
The meeting is at Microsoft, 6th floor, 230 Third Ave., Waltham MA. at
7:00pm.
