This spring, Melissa showed how quickly a virus can spread - to at least 100,000 Windows users in a day. Richard M. Smith, President of Phar Lap Software, http://www.pharlap.com, who helped locate the alleged author of Melissa, shares insights based on his two-year study of security problems in Email readers and Web browsers. He discusses some of the critical network security problems in Windows and what users and the Industry can do to solve them. Angelo Correa-Denoncourt, a Microsoft Technology Specialist, walks us through the decisions needed for installing O2000 on a single computer and on a small LAN. He covers system requirements, normal installation, install on demand, automatic recovery and downloadable installation aids.
