Let's see what we have lined up: (times are approximate) Program: 9 AM - 12 PM - for Beginners Companies large and small will be using Office 2000 to dramatically enhance communications and coordination via their Internet. Access 2000 has new techniques for enabling collaboration, creating web pages and simplifying access to database information. The goals for this session are to answer questions, help companies and individuals decide how to use Access to solve their business problem, and begin to see how Access 2000 makes giant strides in accomplishing this. Program: 1 PM - 4 PM - for Intermediates John Guiliano will demonstrate the use of the code window to expand the capabilities of applications to better server the user. The writing of functions and other procedures specific to attendees will be included. Program: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM - for Developers Martindale Associates of North Reading specializes in data input from the factory floor, and will demonstrate the use of various devices to interface with the PC, Microsoft Access and Excel. Included in the demonstration will be bar code readers, magnetic card readers, combination input stations, and other types of data-entry stations that have been hardened for use on the factory floor and hostile environments. Hope to see you there! Kristen
