He informed me late this last week that he will be in the mid-west this week. I will reschedule him for a later meeting. The balance of the program is likely to be of even greater interest and there is always the coffee . Best regards, Bob Hazard, Chairman, Governing Board, RIMac ======================================================== RIMac April '99 April 26 - 7:00 p.m. - CIT Building. Brown University Quicktime 4, Multi-Ad Creator2, Location Manager Monday night's debacle will feature Mike Pattarozzi of Multi-Ad Services, Inc. of Peoria, IL. showing Creator2, a software program specifically built to help ad designers layout circulars, brochures, etc. Gene Dwiggins will talk about the Location Manager, a singular utility that will help you if you ever travel with a Macintosh. (Do the name Powerbook ring a bell?) I'll also throw in some totally unwarranted and wholly incomprehensible comments about Quicktime 4, and I may even talk about some top secret stuff I've been working on. Those of you who thought I was a shiftless freeloader may be surprised. The usual suspects will be rounded up for endless Macintosh jabbering, of the sort you know you love, and we hope you'll participate. Please bring your whole mind, a quart of jabber, and any Macintosh news, questions, or rumors to the CIT building Monday night, and let there be dancing in the streets, drinking in the saloons and necking in the parlor. Check out our Web site at: Directions: Take Route I-95 to I-195 Exit 2, turn left at bottom of ramp. Go to Brook and turn left; go to the intersection of Waterman and Brook Streets on the East Side of Providence it is on your lefthand side. It's the big brick building with the entrance facing away from the road. Go to the second floor. Take the elevator. Do not fly. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200.
