EDS' Wireless Division has recently put their process repository on their Intranet. This presentation will highlight the design of the repository and its home page content, the Project Model, which links project management methodologies with processes and templates. It will also describe the lessons learned while creating the process repository. About the speakers: Terie Rixman is currently Director of the Wireless Resource Center for EDS Communications Industry Group, Wireless Division, where she leads the Application Development and Process Improvement teams for the Wireless Division. Ms. Rixman has been with EDS for over 13 years, she has been involved in developing and improving software engineering processes and providing project management in many different industries. Ms. Rixman is a member of the Project Management Institute and the National Association for Female Executives. Ms. Rixman holds a Computer Science with Accounting degree from Central State University, Edmond, Oklahoma. Unmesh Gundewar is currently Maturity Models Program Manager for EDS Personal Communications, CIG, Communications Industry Group of EDS where he heads the Software Engineering Process Group in Waltham and leads the CMM initiative at the group level. For over 20 years, he has been involved in developing and improving software engineering processes and providing project management training and consulting. Mr. Gundewar is a member of the Project Management Institute. Mr. Gundewar holds a Civil Engineering degree from Poona University, Poona, India and a Masters in Construction Management from the University of Florida. Directions: From Route 128 in Needham, take exit 19A onto Highland Avenue East. Take your first right by the Ground Round and take your second left onto "A" Street. GTE is the last building on the right. Enter the parking lot by the GTE sign and come into the building by the cafeteria entrance, which is located to the left of the main entrance.
