Gentlepeople,

I'm glad to announce that you Boston Network Users Group, BNUG, will be meeting on this coming Tuesday night, May 6, in Waltham, starting at 6:30pm.
Theresa James will be speaking on IT as a service -- an inside perspective.

Teresa will share with BNUG her perspective on cloud services and when the timing is right to shift from traditional IT practices.  How you can lead your organization
to new heights with a cloud strategy plan and the questions you need to ask service providers.  She'll give insight into transforming a traditional IT structure into IT
as a service within an organization and perspective on how to challenge traditional hardware and software manufacturers to shift in achieving this goal.

Teresa James is a Cloud CIO at Advance2000, a full-service IT engineering firm specializing in cloud computing.  Her roots started in technology education and progressed to IT leadership.
In her 25+ years in Information Systems, she has managed all components of IT infrastructure from network to security, to wireless, to virtualization, to storage, to desktops, to applications,

PS: The meeting will be at Studio Crossings, 14 Spring St, Waltham, starts at 6:30pm with speaker at 7pm.  Parking is closeby; it's next to the Waltham Library.
