Pascal, anyone?

Owen has a pre-carbon legacy app in Lightspeed Pascal.  XCode now has 
a new Pascal compiler.  Help Owen move his app up to XCode so he can 
run Leopard, and resolve to lead a better life.

NOTE:  We have found a sponsor for our room usage, which we're very 
grateful for.  Thanks to all who responded and offered their help.
