From: donald nicklas Subject: [Boston-voice-users] January 9 Meeting Announcement Date: Thursday, January 04, 2007 23:09:52 I am re-sending this reminder to correct the date in the e-mail subject line (Oops) - our regular meeting is next week: When: Tuesday, January 9, 2007, 7:30 pm Where: MIT, Room 2-135 (directions below) Topic: Computer Macros by Voice This month we will have a discussion about the macro facilities available to users of Dragon NaturallySpeaking. Depending upon the version you're using and your own skills you have the choice from simple text macros up to complex Visual Basic programs or their equivalent. Some of these facilities are provided by NaturallySpeaking itself and other options are provided by third parties. We will begin with an overview of what is available and then take the discussion to wherever the group wants to go. We will not have the luxury of a laptop, so if you have questions about specific features or programs, I recommend that you bring with you a printout of what you are interested in.
