Microsoft Word will be a good example to work with since most everybody does letters and memos. The meeting will be facilitated by Don Nicklas and a laptop connected to the overhead. We will hone our skills by creating and editing a couple of Word documents. Participants will be encouraged to share their ideas and techniques that work for them. If this meeting goes well, then we can look to planning some others.
