A quick reminder- our regular meeting is next week:

When: Tuesday, March 8, 7:30 PM
Where: MIT, Room 2-147
       (directions below)
Topic: Organization Meeting

Please join us for a doubleheader.  We begin with a
club organization meeting and follow that up as time
permits with a discussion by someone who has gone to
two Assistive Technology Evaluations for computer
equipment and software, including DNS.

Organization Topics:
We need suggestions for topics, speakers, etc. Is
there an organization, company or person you would
like to present to club? Can you make a contact for
the club for one of our meetings?

We currently e-mail our meeting notices out about a
week before the meeting and post fliers around MIT the
Monday before the meeting.  Is everyone and every
organization getting an e-mail that should ? Are there
other approaches we should use to get the word out?
Would you like to make or post fliers?  Would you like
an e-mail of a flier to print and post?

At one time we had a list of volunteers who could be
contacted about various voice recognition topics of
interest.  We need someone to find club members who
would be willing to be part of this list again and
then to prepare the list.

Come join us with your questions ideas and experience!


Boston Voice Users meets at MIT from 7:30 p.m. until
approximately 9:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each
month.

Directions to room: Go in the main door of MIT, at 77
Mass. Ave. Go straight down the Infinite Corridor for
as long as you can. When forced to turn, go right.
You'll pass one intersection decorated with murals of
jungle animals, with a hallway to library on your
left, and stairs on your right. 2-147 is further along
on the right.

For wheelchair access, there is a ramp and door to the
left of the stairs at 77 Mass. Ave. (behind the bus
stop)  This entrance gives you basement level access
to the elevator in Lobby 7 (the lobby at 77 Mass.
Ave).
