It is a POS system used in the Liquor industry. It is completely written in Visual FoxPro 5 and 6. Since we purchased it in March 2005 it has had many problems with very little support from ASI. I need to find someone local to talk to and see if we should scrap the system and start over with someone new or is the system strong enough and worth the trouble of working through the problems. Any reference, direction or help you could give would be greatly appreciated. We are located in Mansfield, MA. The July and August sessions have not been finalized yet. Here's what's coming in June. The main presentation Agenda: Rick Levin provides us with a .NET developer's lessons learned session. Specific examples focus on XML and client side vs. server side code. The language used is C#.
