Abstract: Phase Containment Effectivity Phase containment effectivity (PCE) is an inspection and analysis process that provides excellent visibility into a project's state. It is relatively simple to do and is especially effective when sequential projects are similar in character. This talk will cover how this process was implemented at Motorola's Transmission Products Business Unit. It will also describe Motorola's results (both expected and unexpected) and how PCE contributed to smoother downstream systems testing. About the Speaker: Ross Seider a..
