John will describe each of the steps that were taken to bring the project into control. John is the IT Manager, Quality and Test at Ardais, Inc. in Lexington, MA. He has 16 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field. He has held QA consulting positions for half of his career. His background includes quality assurance planning, process improvement, software and system testing, and release engineering. John has built several testing and quality teams from the ground up. He has defined and implemented release and development processes at several companies. He has worked at large and small commercial development and government consulting companies such as Titan Corp.(Raytheon and GTE), AT&T, Stratus, Price Waterhouse, CareTools, Commerce.TV and EMC. He has worked in Defense, Financial, Telecom, Television and HealthCare Verticals. John holds a B.S. in Physics with concentrations in Math and Premed from Boston College.
