Take a left at the first traffic light. DWC will be about a mile and a half on the left. DWC contact is Rebecca Harlow at 603-430-4077 WHEN: Monday, March 4, 2002 at 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM SPECIAL NOTE: Our host, DWC, is offering classes for MSCE, UNIX and Web Design. Call Rebecca for details. Program - Ron Beck has answered the call for volunteers, and will be presenting his approach to the mass sale of software which he has been doing for some time now. Tom Trainer has threatened to bring along some interesting code, and of course Jim Rand will be available for extemporaneous comment and solutions to your difficult problems. Related to Ron's presentation will be a demo how to use an access key (dongle) as an anti-piracy means, and also a means to limit a trial period to either a fixed period of time, or a fixed number of events, as well as limiting the number of users on network. The use of ADO and Access 2000 to create a visual calendar solution for application to a company running installation crews will be demonstrated. Did you know that you can populate an unbound form with three liines of code? As always there is ample time for persons new to the use of Access, so bring along your problem and your laptop - we'll plug you in and have a go at it. By the way, has anyone used the new event ON DIRTY in Access 2000? Has anyone used any of the .NET products? For information call Bob Young at 603-591-8049 or rjyoung@javanet.com
