He is co-founder of the Nokia Quality Forum (NQF) Boston, the QAI Boston Federation Chapter, and is creator of the RapidSQA methodology for Web testing. His experience in software testing, test management, and software quality assurance spans 10+ years. Eric is a frequent speaker at testing conferences/meetings, holds three certifications, and teaches exam refresher courses to help others become certified. As Deputy Regional Councilor for the ASQ Software Division Region 1, he maintains active memberships in ASQ as well as IEEE, IIST, and NESQAF. Published in Software Quality Professional (SQP) and STQE, Eric also serves as a reviewer for SQP and The Journal of Software Testing Professionals. In addition, he participates in the Software Test Managers' Roundtable (STMR), a periodic gathering of senior practitioners in the software testing industry. Eric holds a BSEE from the University of Vermont. Turn east toward Burlington. Approximately 0.3 mile after the interchange, turn right onto Network Drive, which leads to the campus on your right. Take the second drive off of Network Drive into the Sun parking lot. Park in the visitor lot and enter the lobby opposite the Sun clock tower.
