Here's a heads up. No meeting on our regular FoxPro meeting night of
December 25.

[FoxPro] Wednesday, December 4th Special Meeting Date!

Pizza will be served!

6:00pm Pre-Meeting Topic: Construction: Techniques (Building the app. Using
         source control; When is a form/method/module "done"?)

7:00pm Main Meeting: An open discussion on business structures and their
implications, important to employees, employers and the self-employed.
Topics include: Ways of doing business. S, C and LLC Corporations, "Doing
Business As" and single proprietor. Insurance, accounting, billing and
payroll - outsource or in-source? Liability. What these could mean to you
as a contractor or as someone hiring a contractor. Contractor or employee -
the Reid test. The IRS, the state and local regulations. Do you need to collect
taxes?

December meeting.

the end of this year. We are working out the details with the UT and hope
