Date: Mon, 23 Jul 2001 16:02:56 -0400 From: Paul Lussier Subject: MELBA Meeting 25 July, 2001 Hi all, Short version: Who: Ben Scott & Mark Komarinski What: What you need to know about connecting your Linux system to the Internet When: 17:30/18:00ish (Dinner) 19:00-21:00 (Meeting) Where: Martha's Exchange, Nashua, NH Why: Beer. Linux. Which part don't you get? Long Version: It's that time of month again when a bunch of us Beer Drinkers with a computer problem get together at Martha's Exchange for our required dose of locally brewed beer and software. This month, rumor has it that Ben Scott and Mark Komarinski will be attempting to teach us all we need to know to connect our home Linux Systems up to the Big Bad Internet. So, come one, come all, and help us consume both beer and wisdom (or at least help us heckle Ben :) Of course, dinner will be consumed beforehand, so if you'd like to show up for dinner before the meeting, please RSVP to me privately (i.e. not on the list, as I'm not actually subscribed to it :) I hope to see y'all there! -- Seeya, Paul ---- ********************************************************** To unsubscribe from this list, send mail to majordomo@zk3.dec.com with the following text in the *body* (*not* the subject line) of the letter: unsubscribe gnhlug-announce **********************************************************
