Abstract: "Through the Looking Glass – How to do a Post Project Review" "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it." George Santayana Post Project Reviews are a recognized and highly recommended project improvement tool that helps groups profit from past successes and learn from past mistakes. It is a critical component of effective project management and should never be forgotten, overlooked, or ignored. Barbara Purchia will present a systematic approach to facilitating and using post project review results. This presentation will describe what a Post Project Review is, when to do one, how to do it, what should be captured, and what to do with the results.
