The next meeting of the Greater Boston FoxPro User Group is
at 7:00pm on Wednesday, February 28, at Microsoft, 6th floor, 230 Third
Ave.,  Waltham MA.

Harold Chattaway is Senior Software Engineer for the ASP Division of
www.usdatacenters.com.
Harold  is working on a new Hentzenwerke book on migrating VFP developers
to web
technologies. Web Connect is the main VFP tool used. The book it also
covers in detail how the
internet works, configuring of IIS and FTP, etc... things VFP developers
have not been
exposed to. He gets into routing and how domains and DNS work. At
Wednesday's talk Harold
cover high points of this and some practical information on setting up a
Web Connect
application on Internet Information Server.
