Date: Sun, 15 Apr 2001 22:49:44 -0400 (EDT) From: Steven Allen Subject: Boston Windows User Group April 23 Meeting Monday, April 23, 2001 ---------------------- Intel's Pentium 4 Processor =========================== Boston Windows User Group ------------------------- 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Speaker at 8:00 p.m. --------------------- Tully Cunningham, Intel Solution Specialist, tells us where modern microprocessors are heading and explains Intel's new NetBurst (R) micro-architecture. As we have heard, the Pentium 4 performance, measured through most current applications, lags that of comparable clock-rate Pentium III and Athlon chips. What does Intel mean when it says the P4 is "Designed for where the Internet is Going"?
