PROGRAM - IMPORTING FROM MS OUTLOOK TO MS ACCESS Because MS Officed Products work together, the information in MS Outlook can imported directly to MS Access tables. From here automation can be used to prepare personalized MS Word Documents, broadcast e-mail messages, and a host of other things. The first step in these applications is getting the information from Outlook to Access. Bob Young will review how to import the TO, FROM, CC, BC, SUBJECT and MESSAGE from MS Outlook to an MS Access Table. From MS Access, it's then possible to do many custom procedures. As always there will be ample time for attendees to bring up items of special interest as well as discuss any current issues or problems.
