From: George Capalbo Subject: DEC 12th MEETING UPDATE: Infrared PDA upload device demo Date: Monday, December 11, 2000 5:47 PM Meeting update: Michael Cyrulnik has built a working prototype of a device that uploads files to a PDA via infrared. He has offered to give us a short demo of the device at tomorrow night's meeting, and is looking for some feedback on it. The Boston PDA User's Group is an organization made up of those who choose to walk freely among us with handheld and palmtop computers. Formed in 1992, its goal is to connect with the newest and coolest handheld computer technology. BOSPDAUG meets on the second Tuesday evening of each month at MIT in Cambridge MA in MIT room 3-133 at 7pm, and welcomes users of all PDA platforms for lively discussions of handheld and PDA technologies. For a map and directions to MIT, check out our website (http://www.pobox.com/~bospdaug). Also, for Palm VII users, check out the BOSPDAUG PQA at PilotGear. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- --- George N.
