Monthly Meeting of the MS Access and Visual Basic User Group  Tuesday,
December 19 at 5:30 at 22 Hampton St., Alliance Aircraft, Pease Tradeport,
Portsmouth, NH.   Tel Bob Young at 603-964-3040.

DIRECTIONS

>From the Spaulding Turnpike (Rte 4/16)  exit on Goselin Road heading west
into the Tradeport through the main gate.  You will be on Pease Blvd.   At
the stop sign take a left on New Hampshire Ave.  Take a right on Stratham
St - the company Londavia will be on the corner - After the road bears to
the left, take another quick right which will bring you to the Pan Am hanger
where you bear to the left. Pass through the stop sign (a beige tower will
be on the right),  then a right on Hampton.  22 is the first building on the
right with the sign "Color" out front.

PROGRAM -

5:30 -  MS Outlook is a very popular way to manage client data.  We will
discuss the object model, and how it is being used with Access to form a
very nice project management system. With Access, all it's power can be
brought to bear to manage the client list in Outlook - including wild-card
searches that produce a quick list of names - this to solve the problem
"Remember the person who worked for Brown and Sons several years ago - I
think has name was Ralph - and as I recall the last name began with B".

6:30 - Other office products can be automated from MS Access - Open mike on

As always there will be ample time for attendees to bring up items of
special interest as well as discuss any current issues or problems.
